So we move on. Great work everyone! I hope you are having fun!

A change for this run. I am gonna start tracking loot to make sure everyone is getting a fair shake. The loot is going to be improving. Classic loot policy is:

One Set Piece - Not sure when these start dropping.
One Blue Need as determined by discussion. Just link your current piece and we will discuss. Lets work on keeping loot distribution fast.
If you see a green you need for an alt - speak up.

Basic Needs:

Plate - Diane
Leather - Andy
Spell Damage Cloth - John and Jerry
Healing Cloth - Me

Weapons are trickier...again look at your totals with respect to your spec. By 70 everyone needs some serious hit points. http://wow-loot.com/ has some good guiding information and a calculator.

Think about your current raiding spec and look at the gaps in your gear. Just because you could use something may not mean that you need it. Need should reflect the role you are playing in the guild.


I would prefer that ore and herbs get banked for later use. BC has lots of craftable epics that are pretty easy to make, once we are doing heroics bosses.
